Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Cladding work comprising of 4mm thick exterior grade Aluminium Composite Panels consisting of non-combustible mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (minimum 0.25mm thick each), coil coated with PVDF coating of approved colour and shade, conforming to relevant IS standards. The work shall include: Fabrication and erection of aluminium framework made out of extruded aluminium sections / GI tubular sections (as per design requirement). Providing and fixing brackets, cleats, fasteners, anchor bolts, stainless steel screws, and necessary hardware. Cutting, bending, routing, grooving and fixing ACP sheets in approved pattern. Providing suitable sealants (weather grade silicon sealant) at joints. Edge folding, groove cutting and proper alignment. Providing backing support wherever required .Creating and making well finished borders and corinices around openings,corners and edges . All scaffolding, lifting, labour, tools & tackles. Complete in all respects as per drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. : ACP shall be Fire Retardant Grade (FR) conforming to ASTM E84 / EN 13501 standards.Measurment shall inculde only surface measurements not potruded grooves (which shall be provided @ 175 mm C/C gap and 25 mm in depth)

Providing and Applying 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 Fine sand),on the existing exterior area of Plinth and incl all charges excluding the charges of carriage

Providing and Fixing of Bujj/wall Tiles 1:4 cement mortar on the exteriors of Plinth complete Job

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry stone 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
