| 3 | CROSS TRAINERProviding and fixing of Cross trainer of size 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame Pipes of 80NB shall be made of “C” Class G.I and pipe with single bend pipe with 250mm radius. The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. pipe of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe should be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm and CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from M.S.seamless pipe of 60mm OD with 5 mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 130 mm X 310mmX5mm thickness and mounted on M.S. Plate of Size 130mmx310mmx3mm thick. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. Pins to be used of Diameter 35mm, 25mm, and 17mm shall be made up from SAE 8620 bright . The Bearings shall be used of “6007zz” “6205zz” and “6203zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powders of Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 Micron thickness. A16 , A 24 mm circlips shall be used for assembly.
