107	Supplying and fitting-fixing of factory made Solid WPC door frame of size 95mmx55mm fabricated .The door frame consist of four segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw. The WPC frame shall be provided with The material and process for manufacturing the door frames shall conform to Relavent I.S.specification. The finish of door frame will be plain colour white/ Ivory/ Beige/ Light grey/ Golden brown/Mahogany/ Teak wood/sand stone/Champagne/Pastel blue or any other colour using high quality pigments complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

110	Water Proofing Membrane Coating :(2 Component ) - Providing & Appling Two Coats of Acrylic Polymer modified cementtious Memberance coating with Star specialties polymers/Sika /Fosroc/Equivalent (2 Component ) on roof Slab and over the vertical parapit upto 300MM . Rate is including all materials, tools & Labour Charge .
111	Corner Joints Seals - Any right angle corners and joints will be champhered (12-15MM) followed by sealing the same with polymer modified mortar.
112	Injection Grouting - Construction Joints and honeycombing areas will be sealeted by injection grounting after drilling after holes and inserting GI/PVC nozzles at mt C/C follwed by injecting cement slurry admixed with non shrink grounting at 200gm per bag of cement at apressure of 2-2.5 kg/CM square till refusal as instructed by ETC. The grounting mouths wiill be cut and sealed with polymer mortar after completion of the grounting .
113	Wall painting with Textured Paint of approved quality of pattern as specified in drawing including cost of all materials, labours ,T&P, carriage, royalty, taxes etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
114	Providing and fixing GI chicken wire mesh 24 gauge and 12 mm mesh and required wideth for construction joints and chasing in brick work for electrical conduits or water supply pipes including cement slurry and pegs/nails with nailing machine as required before pastering etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
115	Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
