The processing of garbage should be in accordance with M.S.W. rule 2016 and the order of Honorable National Green Tribunal in Nerchowk Municipal area area on a daily basis during pre-informed timing using bell /whistle /horns to announce the arrival of the sanitation workers. On Sunday & public holidays as per the management plan & in a manner as set out by the Municipality during the period of the Agreement. The wet waste (Organic waste) & dry waste (Inorganic waste including recyclable waste) is to be processed on a daily basis ie from Monday to Sunday, as per the management. Only segregated MSW shall be collect by the contract & disposed it in separate manner as per the direction of in-charge. The disposal of garbage both dry & wet done by contractor at his own level at processing site. cutting of bushes, removal of tree/branches and as per direction from time to time. . The contractor should have healthy 10 No’s garbage collectors / M.S.W. Collector/ Street Sweeper duly certified by M.O. regarding their health & Efficiency to execute the work. It should be ensured that at least 50% of the workers should be males. All workers should be between 18-65 years of age. Contractor should spray chemicals like deodiser, flying killing spray and all necessary chemicals like culture spray on wet waste all born to contractor. contractor shall provide gumboot, gloves, masks, sanitizer and any other tool and equpiment or material required in work to labour.Collection of polythene and making their bundles in the shape of bundle 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.30 Cum lots or shred plastic as per desire of cement factory & disposal of the same at ACC Barmana.or other Specified Cement Factory.
