Deployment of Environmental Assistants for day to day cleaning ,sweeping,scavenging,mopping of 1)Open area such as road, path, berms, toilets at stilt level of housing pocket-7&14 2)unblocking of blocked garbage chute(where residents are residing) and removel of cobwebs at stilt floor of housing Pocket-7&14 and collecting garbage, sludge, malba at site and removal of malba/refuse to nearest MSW as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.

Condition:- 1. Daily swept garbage, rubbish etc. shall be collected at the designated collection point and same shall be disposed to nearby MSW dumping ground.2. A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily.3. A penalty of two times of mimimum wages should be recovered from the agency if any of the Environment Assistant found absent and the work is got done by the department on his behalf.4. Agency has to quote rate as per minimum wages of GNCT or Central Government which ever is higher + GST otherwise same will be summeraly rejected.5. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. 6. Minimum wages should be calculated considering total no. of Environment assistant as 2505 Nos in tender period. which fulfills the frequency requirements of the scope of work.
