| 1 | Refilling of fire extinguishers of following types and capacities, including supply of approved extinguishing agents (ABC powder as per IS 14609, CO₂ gas as per IS 15222 & IS 307, Water/Mechanical Foam as per IS 15683), including:• Emptying, cleaning, drying, and internal inspection of the cylinder.• Replacement of consumables like safety pins, tamper seals, O-rings, discharge hoses/ nozzles if required.• Refilling with approved media meeting IS specifications.• Pressurization with nitrogen/CO₂ to required operating pressure as per IS standards.• Leak testing, reassembly, labeling, and providing refilling certificate/date marking.B) Hydrostatic Pressure Testing of Fire Extinguishers of following types (All or only CO2 by PESO Approved) and capacity, as per applicable IS standards (IS 2190:2024 / IS 15683 / IS 7285 for cylinders). The work includes:• Complete depressurization, dismantling, internal inspection, and cleaning of cylinder.• Conducting Hydrostatic Pressure Test at required pressure levels as per IS norms.• Drying, reassembly, replacement of any unserviceable O-rings/washers, and providing a test certificate indicating date of testing, pressure applied, and results.• Marking/stamping of test details on cylinder. |
