Notes: 1. Licensor may add/delete the rows for nos. of Catalyst and Proprietary Adsorbents/ Absorbents/ Chemicals as per applicability in their technology. 2. The rates/ prices quoted for all Catalyst /Chemicals/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents shall remain firm till Bid Validity. 3. Delivery schedule shall be firm and valid till completion of the project. 4. The cost of all Catalyst Adsorbents/ Absorbents/ Chemicals shall include supply of all Catalyst (Proprietary & Non-Proprietary)/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents/ Chemicals and in non-returnable suitable sealed packing that will prevent loss, damage, deterioration or corruption of these items during ocean, air, rail and truck travel, handling and storage. The Licensor shall describe the type of packing and details of drum / barrel / bag / containers in its bid. The Licensor shall also confirm that the packing is suitable for transit and handling and for long term storage at Project site. The Catalysts/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents/ Chemicals supplied in drums/bags should be palletized for dispatch. 5. Quantities of Catalysts/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents/ Chemicals specified by Licensor in SOP shall be considered as guarantee numbers. 6. (Quantity under column 9) + (quantity under column 10) shall be equal to quantity under column 8. 7. Cost of total base Catalyst (column 13) = Qty. of supply of first charge of total base Catalyst (Kg) (column 9) X Unit Rate of Base Catalyst (column 12) quoted by Licensor in USD/EURO/INR. Cost of total base Catalysts/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents shall exclude the cost of metals against which the Price variation is required, as applicable, but shall be inclusive of all elements associated with Catalysts/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents processing, all conversion charges, processing cost, service charges for procurement of metals, as applicable, etc. Metals against which the Price variation is required, as applicable, and their quantity shall be mentioned separately in respective columns of Form-B6. 8. Price for Catalyst shall be as follows:Catalyst Price = Cost of total base Catalyst + Cost of metals, as applicable 9. Bidder provided rounded-off quantity nearest to barrel / drum/ bag size in the priced bid shall be considered for evaluation. 10. The cost of metals against which the Price variation is required, as applicable, is the cost of metals listed in the Catalysts/ Adsorbents/ Absorbents and is equal to metal content (in Kg) X cost of metals, as applicable, in USD / EURO/INR (per Kg) 11. Bidder to indicate “Unit Rate of base Catalyst in USD/GBP/EURO/JPY/INR” only. 12 Bidder to specify metals in SOP against which they want prices as per price index adopted in detailed Price Variation caluse as mentioned in Tender elsewhere. 13. Bidder to note that only the name of the Catalyst (as per column 2 above) and Name of Metal(as per column 4A) shall be submitted in the Unpriced Bid. 14. Bidder to note that the quantity of base Catalyst or metal are required to be quoted in Priced Bid only . 15.
