Supplying weather proof sealent and applying over the bolts over the roof wherever required complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.(Rate shall inclussive of cost of sealent, labour charges for scaffolding etc.)

Cleaning Verandah eave gutter and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground including tightening clamps etc complete.

Cleaning masonry drains of width 25 cms to 60 cms and depth up to 60 cms, including removal of silt and rubbish, cutting and removing grass and other vegetation from the sides of drains and disposal of rubbish within a distance of 150 mts. etc.complete.

Taking out RCC slabfrom drains carefully without any damages and keeping in the same position after cleaning the drains as directed. (charges for cleaning the drains will be paid seperately)

Cleaning septic tank and inspection chamber including removing the cover slab taking out sediments sludge etc and burring the same in an excavated pit spreading lime and cleaning the premise of tank complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Cleaning the well as directed by dewatering removing the liquid mud vegetation growth along the sides etc. removing and refIxing cover mesh etc. Complete

Cleaning of main over head tank and other P.V.C.tanks installed over the roof of depot/ staff quarters and other buildings etc. as directed by the EIC

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) ( Item No 14.1.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour.15 mm nominal bore,86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms(item 18.54.1 of DSR 2023).

Painting standard stack plan inside the godown with approved superior quality marking paint after marking the size and painting Two coat paint measuring 100 mm wide around the periphery of stack etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
