| 6 | M & L for old loose spalled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisele & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod applying cement slurry spray 3.00 kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surface for 8-10mm Thick ready mix plaster in for ceiling on brick wall or concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size and finished even & smooth witjhout using extra cement including two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Providing & applying anti algal water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish on old as well as newly plastered surfaces including surface preparation, applying suitable wall Prime seal primer 8-10 Sqm per ltr coverage area and application of two coats (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area) & of paint by roller etc, complete all as specified and as directed. | 10 | De-Rusting of the exposed reinforcement: Providing & Applying DuraClean- WR for cleaning the TMT bars, steel structure etc. of structure by Waterjet cleaning/ grinding the surface by grinder machine, wire brush, removing existing corrosion from the metal surface also removing loose particles (using other mechanical / manual means), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Anti-corrosive coating to concrete surface: Providing & applying on prepared surface of DuraGuard - as corrosion preventive coat on prepared TMT bars, steel structure,metal surface etc. to protect it from corrosion etc. as per manufacturer's specification ( using other manual / mechinical means) complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, insurance charges, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 12 | Bond Coat: Providing & applying One coat of structural grade cement bond coat by to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Repair with Polymer Modified Mortar :Repair with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM): Repairs to the deteriorated / damaged areas of RCC elements in the structure shall be carried out by using powder Polymer Modified repair mortar. The polymer modified mortar is applied when the epoxy bonding coat is still tacky. In one application25 mm thickness shall be built. Subsequent layer shall be built with one bond coat of Polymer modified cement slurry. The polymer modified repair mortar shall be mixed, applied and cured as per technical specification, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Repair with Microconcrete: Providing, mixing and placingof micro- concrete with aggregate in ratio of 1:1, all manpower and equipments complete in all respect as per technical specification including leak proof formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | M & L for 5mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) grade work as in columns, beams, slabs, chajja, railing in, complete all as specified and as directed. |
