| 2 | Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of C–Class heavy duty GI pipes conforming to IS 1239 (latest revision) with fittings conforming to IS 1239 including all necessary specials such as elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, unions, tapers, bends, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc., including threading and welding wherever required, fixing true to line and level, supporting from wall with suitable MS clamps, hangers or fabricated angle support frames, and providing cement concrete support cubes of size 1’x1’x2’ (approx. 200 Nos.) in M20 grade with embedded MS angle supports duly painted; including surface preparation and painting of above ground pipes with one coat primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade; including excavation , sand bedding, laying of underground GI pipe for approximately 60 metres with 2 mm thick anti-corrosive wrapping coating, inserting the same inside suitable diameter RCC Hume pipe for protection, proper jointing and sealing, refilling and compaction; including hydrostatic testing at required pressure and commissioning, complete in all respects as required. |
