| 2 | M&L for anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition (Parapet wall), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, slab ,fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings, newels, balustrade, and the like, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia & over as in reinforcement of columns, beams, RCC, slabs, chajjas, lintels etc cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, welding the new reinforcement with old steel bars, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | S&F TMT bars 8mm dia as in reinforcement of RCC of any description, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed. |
