Complete removal of old existing treatment of wall (external/ internal) and ceiling finishes using mechanical dry wall sander machine (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit and above having dia of 7\\" /9\\" to completely remove the existing treatment of wall and ceiling surface and ready to take new surface finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying water proof cement based putty @0.80kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 2mm in two coats on prepared old plaster/ newly plastered wall ,(external/ internal) and ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Notes : Application of water proof cement based putty will be done in following steps :- (i) Filling cracks in wall using crack seal compound Asian smart care crack seal or equivalent.(ii) Mix the putty @ 0.8 kg/sqm by adding 35 to 40% water by volume or as per approved manufacturer's instructions & mixing it with electric putty mixer with mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute upto 5 to 10 minutes.(iii) Apply the first coat of prepared mix of putty with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with max pressure 3300 PSI with bottom to top configuration and allow 6 to 8 hrs to dry the putty surface.(iv) Apply the second coat of prepared mix of putty with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with maximum pressure 3300 PSI with horizontal configuration and allow 6 to 8 hrs to dry putty surface.(v) Then prepare the surface by electronic wall sander machine to apply subsequent coats of primer complete all as specified and directed.(vi) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further internal/external finishes. Please note that the further internal/external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Material and labour for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade / interior grade primer @ 0.90 litre (undiluted) / 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on prepared ceiling or internal / external walls surfaces then allow 6 to 8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint @1.80 lit / 10 sqm (undiluted) as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared and primed surface of external wall. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper on prepared & primed wall ( internal) and ceiling surfaces of approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) on plastered surfaces with using black synthetic enamel paint on back ground and letter & numbers written with white synthetic enamel paint of 150mm hight etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.
