Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 m in depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming & dressing pulverisation the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.50M lift and 30Mts lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited at spoil banks within 30mts distance as directed by the E/i.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding lime using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller Pneumatic roller and vibratory pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design uncofined compresive.

CTSBProviding , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade adding cement @2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixingin place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base.

PREMIX CARPETProviding, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
