(1:4) in foundation & Plinth using 25cm x 12cm x 8cm brick having crushing strength not less than 75 kg / cm2 including all cost . conveyance , royalty & taxes etc . complete of all materials to work site as per specification approved by the department & direction of Engg. in Charge

M.S. Grill gate made out of M.S. flat conforming to IS : 2062:2006 . Planned with red oxide primer as per the design approved.

16mm thick fixing kota tiles in floor and resers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to march the shade of the tiles including rubbing etc.
