Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Excavating holes more than 0.10cum & up to 0.5cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cmindepth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. Clearing grass and removalof the rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
