| 7 | Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete( Required Cement & Solid Block will be supplied by TCC at Free of cost) |
| 8 | Plastering with cement sand mortar 1:4,12 mm thick using approved branded M-Sand of POABS make up to a height of 3m for all surfaces like wall, floors,etc after preparation of surface for getting proper grip of cement mortar including cost of materials, labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost of labour consumables,including all safety measures like safety net,safety belts, helmets, goggles/face shields, safety shoes,at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge including obtaining work permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc including mixing of suitable water proofing materials supplied separately,complete.(Required quantity of cement will be issued free of cost) |
| 9 | Supplying and fixing door within the partition wall using powder coated aluminium frame size 2.5’’x1.5’’ outer frame, 20mm clip, powder coated glossy, grey colour or approved colour, including EPDM Rubber gasket fixed with 6mm NOVAPAN particle board, single panel doorof opening size (0.90M X 2M) with all locking arrangements including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety measures, hire for tools, all incidental charges etc., complete. |
