(i) Refixing of the transformer top cover with ,gasket, nuts, bolts and washers. (j))The following routine test as per IS 2026 (Part I) -1977 shall be carried out at repairing workshop:-(i)Measurement of winding resistance.(ii)Measurement of voltage ratio and check of voltage vector relationship.(iii)Measurement of impedance voltage/short circuit impedance (principal tapping) and load loss .(iv) Measurement of no load loss and current.(v) Measurement of insulation resistance.(vi)Dielectric tests(k)The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the date of sucessfull testing and installation of transformer. The contractor shall submit test report from repair workshop for above mentioned test.Note:-(i) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule .The cost ofGasket, Silica gel breather ,HV & LV Spindles and thermometershall be deemed to be includedin rates quoted by the contractor against this item . |
