It consists of main\"T\" runner of size 24x32x0.3x3000mm, cross\"T\" ofsize 24x32x0.3x1200mm, secondary cross\"T\" of size 24x32x0.3x600mm and PPGI wall angle of size 24x24x0.4x3000mm. The GI powder coated wall angle24x24x0.4x3000mm fixed along the perimeter of the ceiling to Walls, partitions or columns etc.,with wooden screws at 300mm centers placed at 600mmc/c. is fixed with Rawl Plug 08x45mm creating 1200mmx1200mm grid. Main-T runners 24x32x0.3x3000mm are then suspended at 1200mmc/c from ceiling using 2mm GIwire. The cross T sections of 24x32x0.3x1200 mm is interlocked between the main T at 600mm center to centert of or magrid of 1200x600mm and then secondary cross \"T\"24x32x0.3x600mm is then interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm grid to form grids of 600x600mm. Cross Tees at the ends having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Finally the PVC tiles of size 595x595x8mm having PVC lamination infront side & Aluminum foil back on rareside need to be layed on the above grid frame. The PVC tile has humidity resistance RH 90%, Break strength of>160N, Fire resitance of Class AG3, 8624-1997 and NRC-0.15. Note : Colour of false ceiling shall be approved GE.
