| 8 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed intelligent monitor module in repair , with built-in type identification automatically identifying the device as addressable monitor module to the FCAP, to supervise a circuit of dry-contact input devices, viz. flow switch of sprinkler line, powered directly by two-wire SLC loop, high noise immunity, SEMS screws with clamping plates for ease of wiring, direct-dial entry of addresses, LED indicators, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed addressable control module in repair to provide FACP a circuit for notification appliances (e.g. Horns, Strobes, Horn Strobes, etc.) having built-in type identification, integral LED indicators, high noise immunity, SMES screws with clamping plates for wiring ease, direct-dial entry of address, etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(Power shutdown to all lifts other than Fire lifts in case of fire alarm). |

| 13 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in repair 24VDC power supply unit for sounder cum strobes. The unit shall have in built battery charger & sufficient back of 24 hours in stand by & 30 mins in alarm condition. The power supply unit shall be monitored by fire alarm panel. |
| 14 | Schedule \"A\" Part-II :-Comprehensive maintenance including all repair/ replacement and preventive maintenance / servicing of fire alarm system and its connected components consisting of addressable type fire alarm panel, addressable type detector, manual call point, contol module, monitor module, response indicator, short circuit isolator, flow switch, batteries, cables and other components connected to fire fighting system by OEM throughout 12 months on all days including sunday and holiday for period of 1 years after expiry of defects libality period (24 Months) as shown below and all as specified and directed by AGE/ GE. |
