The ceiling panels shall be fixed true to line and level using self-tapping screws, including cutting, finishing, edge mouldings, cornices, grooves, and making openings for light fittings, air diffusers, fans, smoke detectors etc. as required. The rate shall include all materials, labour, scaffolding (upto ceiling height 10m), tools, transportation, wastage, and complete installation as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
