| 2 | Supply, install, test & commissioning of TOP/SIDE DISCHRGE Air cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume / Flow (VRV/VRF) outdoor units (working and standby) with all inverter scroll compressor in each individual unit, preferbly all compressors of suitable capacity, air cooled copper condenser coils must have Ocien Black / Blue Fins coatings for corrosion resistance, condenser, fan motor shall be weather proof, brushless DC drive, fan shall have lower vibration, motor shall have minimum 10 steps and air flow resistance with protective grill, suitable for 380 -420 volts, 3 phase + N, 50 Hz, AC supply and shall deliver 100% capacity at 43 degree centrigrade temperature and shall be suitable for operation in upto 50 degree centigrade ambient without tripping or failure, minimum full load coefficient of performance (COP) must be 4.1 and minimum part load COP must be 7.2, defrost technology, 6 bypass valve compressor, including Regrigerant R-410A with first charge for refrigerant gas, suitable PCC foundations, including loading / unloading and shifting to floor / terrace and connecting earthing for outdoor units from the panel of following capacities / units, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Refrigerant gas suitable for VRV / VRF air conditioning plant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule. |
