| 13 | Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement, 3 fine sand)for flat brick tiles on top of mud phaska at roof by racking out joints in cement mortor & surface preparation for repointing of roof including dispose of rubbish to dumping yard. Contractor may Note thatthis item include upliftingdepresed portionof roof with removal of mud phaska and re-laying the tiles of depresed not more than 3.00 sq.m by raising up the depresed portion with filling & compaction of good earth etc as per required slope for proper draining of rain water tospout at site, all as per instructins of Engineer-in-charge.Nothing shall be paid extra for Re-setting of depresed portion/local depression by executing relevent activities and make the area water proof. |
| 14 | Uprooting peepal tree/ wild growth on top of roof / wall/ plinth protection by taking out brick tiles and weeding out the roots of plants from roof & brick parapet wall completely by dismantling of brick work and making the area water proof by resetting and raising up the depressed/ damaged tiles including Re-brick work with dismantled bricks by cleaning the same in 1:6including plasteing andrepointing the area attended with cement mortar 1:3 (1-Cement: 3-fine sand) wherever requiredincluding filling earth below brick tiles wherever required at site including carriage of rubbish to dumping yard etc complete all as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor may Note that Nothing shall be paid extra for allied activties involved for removal of tree and re-storing of roof and parapet wall in original position. |
| 15 | Supplying and stacking of second class bricks tiles designated 75 (for misc. jobs carried out by labour engaged as stated above), as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 16 | Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
