Quote the Monthly Service Charges (these shall include Basic Rate, Administrative and Overhead Charges for Annual Contract for providing Upkeeping, Sanitary and Housekeeping Services at Regional Science Centre, Bhubaneshwar as per the departmental estimate given in Annexure-X) Note : The amount to be quoted by the bidders in respective Col. (Agency\"sadministrative & overhead charges) should not be less than minimum 3.85% of the Chargres of Deployment i.e. rounded off to Rs. 2619.86 to be quoted and not in percentage. Bids with service charges below 3.85% of the Departmental Estimate shall be considered to be unworkable and shall be rejected. GST shall not be applicable to the quoted Agency\"s Service Charges, as it is already included in the % of service charge. Hence, bidders are advised not to charge or calculate any GST portion on the Agency\"s Service Charges.
