Complete drainout of transformer oil from transformers to empty oil drum by oil machine. Dismantling of conservator tank and other items.

Cleaning of Transformer oil tank and core and winding of Transformer with Hot oil and cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and re-insulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and Proper taping etc.

Replacement of top cover gasket to stop the oil leakage

Replacement of Salica gel

P/Fixing of winding protection pad

Replacement of cooling fins gasket and oil seal for stopping the leakage

Checking & matching of control wiring at all protection relays and calibration of bucchlaz relay and protection relays testing the same

Repairing of LT Copper bolt and Pam, remettaling and finishing the same as per original shape and size

Complete assembling of transformer cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection

Filling of T/oil to up to top up level as required Power make

Dehydration of complete transformer oil

Painting of transformer with enamel paint
