Sale, Dismantling/ dismembering and removal of existing erected barricading all around the project site having 8 mtr high pre-coated G.I. profile sheets (0.50 mm total coated thickness) and frame work of hollow MS tubes 80 mm dia, 4.00 mm thick and 25 mm dia, 3.20 mm thick available at site on as is where is basis inclusive of all taxes complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.Terms and conditions:1. The buyer shall purchase the barricading material as is where is basis that is installed around the project site including G.I. Sheet and MS frame work of built-up sections.2. The buyer shall dismantle the barricading material in a safe, systematic, and environmentally compliant manner (As per DPCC/ NGT guidelines).3. The buyer shall transport and remove all dismantled material from the project site, ensuring no debris or waste is left behind. 4. The buyer shall leave the site clean and free of any hazards caused by dismantling activities.5. Full payment shall be made via RTGS/NEFT in the account of Sr. Accounts Officer CAU (DWARKA) having account No. 01321110000036 with HDFC Bank, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi (IFSC Code HDFC0000132)within 15 days from the date of award of the Work. No dismantling or removal shall commence until full payment is received and verified.6. Dismantling and removal of the barricading material shall commence within 15 days after award of work and be completed within 90 days after award of the work. Any extension requires prior written approval from competent authority of DDA.7. DDA shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies in the barricading material.8. DDA reserves the right to terminate this Work if the buyer fails to comply with the terms, with no refund of payments made.Safety and compliance1. The buyer shall adhere to all applicable safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental guidelines during dismantling and removal.2. Any damage to the project site or adjacent areas caused by the buyer’s activities shall be rectified at the buyer’s cost.
