Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards (HILUX ceiling systems) 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips/ G.I strip Hangers at 600mm centers . the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 25 kg/Sq.m (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment)

Providing and supplying on site medium back 360degrees revolvingtype and tilting chairswith ergonomically contoured backrest ,upholstered withfoamlaminatedmeshfabric of approved colour , five legged high quality nylon base and PU twin wheelcasters having synchro mechanism with 4 position locking , seat slide mechanism with 3 D armrest . TheChairs shall be of High Resillence (H.R.) foam for optimum seating comfort with approved fabric colouretc. complete as per drawings , specifications in tender book and directions of engineer in charge .

Providingarranging in position and fixing L Shaped Work station consisting of Main tablewith side table of dimensions as mentioned belowbiult in 20 mm thk. Marine plywood including side unit, pencil tray, pullout tray, footrest. All drawers to be in plywood with 20 mm in front & 12 mm thk. in rear & sides , bottom in 6 mm thk. Plywood Internal surfaces to be laminate . Table tops, side table unit fronts & sides to be finished in 20 mm thick plywood as per drawings.The front modesty panel etc. shall be finished as per drawings & instructions of the EIC.All beadings, mouldings & exposed woodwork to be in teak woodor PVC Edge bending (As per requirement of EIC)Foot rest shall be made out of 20 mm plywood & shall be finished with approved shade and colour laminate.All TW molding and bottom of tables shall be finish in 3 coats of French polish.All the tables shall have keyboard drawers to accommodate key boards & mouse wherever necessary as per drawing.Rate include of all hardware, sliding door casters, drawers with multilock as per technical spcification mentioned in Tender Book fitted on drawer channels,s.s. handles,etc .All exposed woodwork to be finished with 3 coats of melamine polishall internal surfacesfinished with 0.8 mm thick laminate the exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1.5 mm thick Laminate of approved shade & colour.etc. complete as per drawings ,specifications and directions of engineer in charge.
