Note - Actual painted area will be measured for payment. |
| 3 | Providing and Painting all M.S steel worklike M.S railing, gaurd bars etc.,with two or more coats to get uniform finish with SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of first quality and approved colour to give an even shade over a coat of zinc chromate primerincluding cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler, removing the rusted portion with rust remover, preparting the surface using water emery paper, scaffolding, etc., complete all as per specification. Note - Actual painted area will be measured for payment. |
| 4 | Providing and Painting internal plastered surfaces with two or more coats of premium emulsion paint of approved brand and colourof M/s Berger/ M/s Nerolac or equivalent) to give an even shade with required finish over a coat of approved wall primer including cleaning the surfaces, removing the damaged surfaces, applying one or more coat of M/s BIrla wall care putty to a minimum thickness of 1.5mm or more to make wall true line an level, covering all the plater undulations, filling the crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, etc., complete all as per specifications. |
| 5 | Providing and Painting one or more coat of SmartCare Damp Block 2K a two component acrylic polymer-modified cementitious high performance water repellantcoating for back side of bath room walls and wherever dampness is observed in the wall surface of approved brand and colourof M/s Berger/ M/s Nerolac/ M/s Asian paintsor equivalent including cleaning the surfaces, removing the damaged surfaces,to make wall true line an level, covering all the plater undulations, filling the crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, etc., complete all as per specifications. |

Berger paintor equivalent based on PU silicone technology over a coat of primer to withstand heavy rain and water repellent or equivalenthaving protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading, alkali and UV degradation and to give an even shade with required finish including cleaning the surfaces, applying one coat of primer, filling the crevices with approved filler with non shrink aquatic crack filler of M/s. Fosroc one coat of sealer and up to with scaffolding at all levels,heights, locations and lead,including preparing the surfaces, providing wall care putty in two or more coats to get uniform plain surface to line & level,scaffolding, double height staging, cleaning etc, at all floors, locations. Heights and lead, surface preparation and making good by proper grinding to ger uniform finish,etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. |
| 7 | Providing, and applying waterproofing surface treatment to the existing stone cladding areas after necessary surface preparation as under -Surface Preparation- Taking out the old motor from the existing stone joints with chisel/brush/hacking hammer with suitable tool & tackle. ApplingNitibond SBR ofM/s Fosroc/ Nerolac Perma Super 2K of M/s.Nerolac for thevertical and horizontal joints.Providing and filling M/s. Bal endura grout powder ( Bal endura grout powder shall be mixed with M/s. Fosroc nitobond SBRwith 1 to 2 ratio (1 Nito bond SBR liquid to 2 Bal endura grout powder)) for the vertical and horizontal joints for a depth of at least 5-8mm and an width of 5-6mm. The same joints shall be trimmed out to a uniform thickness using emery paperafter setting and curing the grout powder. The entire surface shall be treated two or more coats usingM/s. Fosroc Nitocote SN 522/ Perma treat of M/s.Nerolac Colourless Silicone water repellent by spraying with compressor machine at all heights, locations and lead etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. |

| 9 | Providing and applying integral Epoxy grout granite/tile joint crystalline slurryfor waterproofing treatment and seal the joints properly with the specified epoxy joint groutto make the joints waterproofetc., The granite joints to be opened by mechanical means maximum making a groove width of 5mm and 6 to 8mm deep in granite/tile including preparingthe surfaces as per the manufactured specificationsfor horizontal/vertical surfaces and applying thesame from negative (internal) or positive side with the help of synthetic fiber brush including cleaning the surface, dry, sound and free from all loose particles, if any contamination such as oil, grease, mould, dirt etc., should be removed by mechanical means like scrubbing or vacuum cleaning or joints shall be cleaned with die cutter machine and filling the joints with M/s. Sika, M/s. MYK Laticrete stellar, M/s. Fosroc Nitotile EPWor equivalent epoxy grout materials matching togranite colour with UV stable and flexible etc., complete as per the specification. After completion of joint grouting , joints shall be finished properly with matching colour epoxy groutto give uniform finish of the surrounding areas. |

| 11 | Providing and applying water proof epoxy sealant granite for the grovebetween plaster and skirting/coping and sills sealing the cracks in the structural elementsincluding preparing the surface as per the manufactured specificationsfor horizontal-vertical surfaces including cleaning the surface, dry, sound and free from all loose particles, if any contamination such as oil, grease, mold, dirt etc., should be removed by mechanical means like scrubbing or vacuum cleaningand filling the joints with M/s. Sika, M/s. MYK Laticrete stellar, M/s. Fosroc Nitoseal PU40 or equivalent epoxy grout with UV stable and flexible materials etc., complete as per the specification. After completion of joint grouting, joints shall be finished properly with matching colour epoxy groutto give uniform finish of the surrounding areas. |
| 12 | Providing and applying for flooring after epoxy tile joint coating with non reactive organosilanebased water proofing compound by sparying up to 0.5-2mm deep into the granite flooring surface including cleaning the surface, dry, sound and free from all loose particles, if any contamination such as oil, grease, mold, dirt etc.,. should be removed by mechanical means like scrubbing or vacuum cleaningand filling the joints with M/s. Sika, M/s. MYK Laticrete stellar, M/s. Zydex ZycoSil or equivalent epoxy grout with UV stable and flexible materials etc., complete in two coats or as per themanufacturers specification and as directed by the EIC. |
