| 20 | Note for serial item No-1 and 2 :- (i)All necessary T&P will be brought/arranged by contractor with out any extra cost. The Cost is inclusive in the quoted rate of the respective items.(ii) Contractor shall ensure to make the entire elctric supply functional on each day before leaving from HQ NC.(iii) Price of refixing earthing strip along with fixing materialsdeemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.(iv)Rates deem to be included for The Bus-duct enclosures shall be earthed by continuous existing AL/ GI , Eart strip as per specified, Running both sides of the enclosures through the entire length of Busbar. (v)Contractor must visit the site andascertain himself about the oversimplification of the work before quoting the rates.(vi) Drawings of the bus bar ducting shall submit the contractor as per the OEM recommendation and approved by the GE before placing the order.(vii)Entire work shall be supplied commissioned in accordance with detail drawing manufacturer\"s instructions and to the satisfaction of the site representative.(viii) At the time of installation of bus ducting, site engineer from OEM will be present at site for guidance for proper installation. (ix) Necessary Angle iron and PCC foundation shall provide by the contractor as per OEM recommendation to run the Bus bar trunking.(x) The rate is included all nuts , bolts and any other items pertains to Installation, testing and commissioning of Busbar trunking. |
| 21 | Supply , install , testing and commissioning of wire mesh cable tray hot dip galvanised type of size of 105 mm height X 600 mm width, 3 meter length each as per EN 12329 and IEC 61537 with wire diameter of 3.9 to 5.9 mm and having SST of 550 Hrs tested , having E30/E90 certification, with following specification, complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.Make: Legrand/C&S/L&Ti) C41S/RCSN/R35 (wall/celling/ground mounting supports) every after 1 meter distance.ii) Kitaster coupler (Jointing tray ) 5 sets per joint.iii) Down rod of 1 meter length each.iv) Nuts 3 nos for each rod.v) COUPFIL(Cutter) 01 No.vi) L supports for wall with all accessories such as nut ,bolt ,washers etc.Note :- a) Shifting of all existing HT and LT cables, Removing connections of these cables and refixing at its original position through cable trays in a proper manner all as directed by engr in charge is included in the quoted rates.b) All major and minor spares are required in laying of cables and fixing of cable trays which are not mention above are included in the quoted rates.c) All material such as cement ,concerete,tiles etc to make wall/roof /ground in its original shape after fixing of cable trays are included in the quoted rates. |
