| 5 | Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work mentioned in tender documents and directions of Engineer In charge: Infrastructure and External Development works for NCDC Branch Centre building,BSL-3 Laboratory Buidling and ESS Block building - Civil & Services Works such as Levelling, Internal Roads and Pathways, Storm drains,Foot Path, Trenches for services , Rain Water Harvesting, External Water Supply Network (Filtered and Unfiltered), External Sewer System & Boundary Wall including Gates and Boom Barrier , Landscaping, Horticulture Operations, Borewell etc. as per scope of work, Tender Drawings and direction of Engineer- In-Charge |

| 16 | NCDC Branch Centre with BSL-2 labs and Other lab works Specialized equipments, systems and works for BSL-2 lab and other Lab Specialized Works in NCDC Branch Centre Building shall include specialized internal walls, ceiling and finishing works, pass box with UV, HVAC and air filtration works, Electrical Works, Building and lab management system, CCTV system, Access Control system, Lockers etc and associated works including handing over, validation and certificationas per ICMR and DBT guidelines complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge. |
| 17 | BSL-3 Laboratory Buidling with BSL-3 , BSL-2 and other lab works Specialized equipments, systems and works for BSL-2, BSL-3 and other Lab Specialized Works High Containment laboratory work in NCDC BSL-3 Building shall include specialized internal walls, ceiling and finishing works i/c aluminium coving, door, floor coving, self levelling epoxy flooring,HVAC works including HEPA filters works BIBO/containment housing, Electrical Works, Containment barrier double door autoclave with bio-seal, Effluent decontamination system, Building and Lab management system, CCTV system, Access Control system, Walk-thru-shower system + BLED room, Laboratory work stations, modular laboratory work stations, Double door class 100 dynamic pass box, biosafety door for transfer/decon air-lock and showers, Double door autoclave, compressors, dunk tank, Ventilated type garment storage cabinet, garment storage lockers,Effluent decontamination system for BSl-3 lab 2 nos 750 litre each (1W+1S) with steam boiler and accessories, Water treatment/softening plant, VHP pass Box, Eye-wash stations, Lockers etc and associated works including handing over, validation and certification from Department of Bio-Technology (DBT) complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge. |
