| 4 | Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 5 | Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, Two parts of Coarse sand & Four Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 3 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 6 | Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 7 | Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet with Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Area), M.S.laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength and M.S top cover to required thickness for rolling shtters. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges and minor tools, all handling and transportation charges to work site etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 8 | Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer). |
| 9 | Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet withnecessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 10 | Applying One Coat Red oxide Primer over the steel surface. |
| 11 | Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
