| 1 | Replacing the damaged sheets ofhighroofs at various places in Ph-I and Ph-II of FACT (Cochin Division) at Ambalamedu. |
| 2 | Dismantling AC / GI / Tufflite / Aluminium/Zincalum sheet roofing, side cladding etc and depositing the debris away from plant limit within a distance of 150 m. |
| 3 | Dismantling AC/Aluminium/Zincalum ridge pieces and clearing away debris from the plant limit. |
| 4 | Dismantling the existing structural carefully without damaging the remaining portions including conveying and stacking at places pointed out initally & then removal of structural after cutting to suitable length to FACT ,Phase-1 scrap yard through mechnical means (Measurements will be based on actual weight taken at FACT\"s weigh bridge if required by Engineer-in-Charge) |
| 5 | Fabrication and erection of structural steel works bolted or welded as per drawings at all levels for trusses, ladders splices, frame work, base plates, HD bolts, purling, cleats, struts etc. including drilling, welding, cleaning the structural, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts(Structural, gas & electrodes will be supplied free of cost by the Company. |
| 6 | Supplying, Conveying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope drawing for trusses, purlins, louver brackets, louver runners bracings, stair cases, platforms, hand rails ladder, threaded sag rods, splices, etc. with M.S angles, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts.(The structural steel material shall be of M/s. SAIL / RINL / TISCO /JINDAL make) - Required gas and electrodes will be supplied free of cost by FACT at stores |
| 7 | Roofing / side cladding with AC / GI / Tufflite/ Aluminium/PVC/RMP sheets with 7 mm or nearest available dia and suitable length GI Hooks/bolts& nuts, GI & bitumen washers and roofing compound including necessary overlap of 150 mm at ends etc.complete at all levels (Only sheets will be supplied by the Company free of cost at CD general store) |
| 8 | Roofing/side cladding with AC corrugated/Semi corrugated sheets 6mm thick with 7 mm or nearest available dia and suitable length GI Hooks/bolts and nuts,GI and bitumen washers , cutting sheets to required shape/length, providing a minimum overlap of 150 mm at ends including cost of AC sheets and all other materials, scaffolding charges etc complete at all heights. |
| 9 | Providing AC ridge capping with 7 mm or nearest size GI bolts & nuts and GI & bitumen washers, roofing compound etc. at all levels. (AC ridge will be supplied by the Company free of cost) |
| 10 | Sealing the bolt holes with roofing compound of approved quality including all charges for labour and materials etc as per deptl .instructions |
| 11 | Replacing the damaged /corroded roofing bolts with new 7mm or nearest dia GI bolts with nuts, GI & bitumen washers, necessary roofing compound etc. complete at all levelsincluding painting the bolts, nuts & GI washers with one coat of epoxy primer before fixing- For bolts of L type (large length up to 400 mm) |
| 12 | Providing plastic felt best quality, covering over GI flashing, AC sheets etc. at all heights as per deptl. instructions including cost of materials, labour charges etc. complete. |
| 13 | Supply to civil store PVC roofing sheet of big corrugation profile of size 3000mm x 1066mm x 2mm. |
