| 2 | Repair/ maintenance to all modules of fire alarm control panel and carry out checking of all parts such as main control panel, intelligent, repeater control panel, intelligent addressable smoke detectors, addressable input/ out modules, panel modules, indicating circuits, control circuits, manual call point, hooters, and notification appliance circuits local and remote operated terminals, etc., including testing, reassembling, trial programming with a sample of devices, replacing fault modules where necessary and retesting all the functionals such as power test, CPU fault, GND fault, disable, reset, alarm silence, panel silence, drill, alarm, SUP, trouble monitor and command menu’s, fire, fault, etc., and confirm serviceability of the FACP and labour charges for loop testing (address and setting programming and testing all devices in Intra panel loop) to identify the defects in devices, loop errors, carrying out normal repairs for the trouble free and efficient functioning of the entire fire alarm system by providing one engineer to visit four times for one location during contract period all as directed by Engineer in charge.and final testing and commissioning complete for fire alarm systems located at following locations all as specified and as directedNote:- The contractor has to submit servicing report to department for each fire fighting Alarm panel separately |

Contractor has to attend the fault / breakdown any number of times on call during the contract period without any extra cost.(iv) Maintaining of service register is essential for every servicing with the signature of user and to submit to Engr in charge. |
