Facility management in AECS No 2 by daily sweeping of all classrooms , staff room laboaratoraries, library ,offices and other rooms in ACS No2 ; cleaning of boys and girls washrooms ; assisting teachers in preprimary classes for movements of toddlers ; upkeeping botanical garden area , science park of school , assisting school staff in organizing various functions , programs gathering etc, assisting office staff in filing work , maintaining peripheral area of school building; attending guest coming to school for various functionsand any other works as mentioned in the specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.Total area of AECS No 2 available for work -: 7260.00 m2 This area is to be maintained for 95 days during the contract period for 4 Months (122-(18 Weekly off + 9 holidays) = 95 Days ) So quantity=7260 m2 x 95.00 Days = 689700.00m2
