| 20 | Note For duct & cooler for item No 1 i) Minimum CFM in rooms to be provided as below.Suitable no of VCD to be installed to achieve the same GP Hall-2 & GP Hall-3=10500 CFMDS Tea Room , SR Romm , SR DS Room, DS Room, Coy SI Room = 7500 CMHSYN 21 &,22 = 5500 CFMSYN24 & 25= 5500 CFMSYN 28 & 29= 6000 CFM(ii) false ceiling to be provide for diffuser if required as per design where air cooling has to be provided by Contractor without claimimg extra in the rooms(iii) Temp in the room should reach 80-85 % of WBT of atmosphere(iv) Hangers to be provide at the suitable interval to hold the duct asper ASHRAE guidelines(v) In the room sound of air cooler & duct should not go more than 45 DB(vi) Contractor will carry out the designing of duct as per ASHRAE standard and design of the same should be certified by OEM/IIT/NIT and final approval for duct design will be given by GE before execution(vii) Air cooling in the room should be carried out uniformly so no space left out. Throw of air from the grill / diffuser should reach at end point.(viii) Relative humidity in the room should not go beyound 60%. /present in the atmospherichumidity goes beyound 60%/present in the atmospheric due to atmoshphere condition then water pump in the cooler should beable to operate automatically to achieve the humidity less than 60 RH. RH should be preferably between 50-60 in the room. Suitable sensors in the cooler to be provided accordingly. |
| 21 | (ix) In every room display of DBT, WBT & RH will be provided by Contractor.(x) Two way switch is to be provided to operate the cooler from the room so that the cooler cab be operated remotely.(xi)All fittings, elbows, reducer, offset, collers, end cap and connected accessories will be included as a part of duct cast. No separate payment will be made for the same.(xii) Weather canopy will be provided on Air cooler (xiii) Auto water level arrangement will be provided in air cooler.(xiv) Air flow measurement device will be provided for every room(xv) Static pressure measureent device will also be installed alongwith air cooling plant.(xvi) Suitable temp / humidity sensor will be provided in the air cooling plant.(xvii) Drain out piping sys shall be provided in the coolers to clear the same time to time. |
