M&L complete removal of existing finishes, Preparation old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (i) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator of manufacturer, by using Roller/Brush approved by GE Roller. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted.(ii) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out during primer and paint application.(iii) Written Gurantee/Warrantyfor period of seven years from certified date of completion shall be submited by the manufacturer for quality of paint, authorized applicator shall submit written Gurantee/Warranty for workmanship and contractor shall submit written undertaking for quality, quantity and workmanship towards the work for the period of seven years from certified date of completion on non judical paper dully notrized mentioning the detail of work excuted mentioning the Bldg No. (iv) An amount of security deposit equal to individual security deposit calculated based on the value of work at contract rates shall be retained from the Final bill towards security deposit and will be refunded after expiry of Gurantee period.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm& 10mm) mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer\"s instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
