| 1 | Supply and installation of 46 mm thick fire-rated double leaf/single leaf door system with 120 minutes of integrity and radiation control. The door frame is constructed from 0.0016 m(12 SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet(conform to IS 277) or from 0.0012 (18 SWG) thick skin pass Galvanised iron sheet(Conform to IS 277) formed to single or double rebate profile of size0.143 m x0.058m(+/0.03m) and bending radius 0.0014m with 0.005m thick clear/wired glass circular or rectangular of size 0.20m x0.30m. The door leaves is constructed from 0.0012 m(18 SWG) thick skin pass galvanised iron sheet(conform to IS 277) or from 0.0008 (22 SWG) thick skin pass Galvanised iron sheet(Conform to IS 277).Theinfill material used for door frame and leaves is rockwool/mineral wool/honeycomb kraft paper.The door frame and door shutter are primed with Zinc-phosphate stoving primer and finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade or epoxy paint as required or powder coated with 60-80 microns thickness with steel finish.The thickness of the coating is 60-65 microns(dry film thickness).The door hinges is of stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges of dimensions 0.102m x0.076m and thickness 0.003 m or equivalent with all the necessary locking arrangments including removing existing door and painting of the damaged area to match with existing surfaces all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |

Then the ceilling angle is fixed to the Intermediate channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277) } is fixed to the Gypserra™ Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement {Material–As per EN 10083 Finish – Zinc Plating} or with 2 Nos of Ø4.2x13metal to metal screw {Material-As per JIS G3507-1 standard, Finish-Case Hardened, Blue zinc plated} . TheCeiling Section {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is then fixed to theIntermediate Channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} with the help ofConnecting Clip {Material-High carbon spring steel wire(BS970Gr.En42)-46-48HRC,Finish-Zinc plating 4-6 micron} and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. Double layer of 15mm tapered edgeFirestop (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011EN 520:2004, Type F/ASTM C1396, Type X) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 & 50mm drywall screws {Material-As per JIS G3507-1 standard, Finish-Case Hardened Grey phosphate} at 230mm centres. 50mm Stone mineral wool of density 48kg/m³ shall be placed in metal framework. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing withPro-Fill Jointing compound (Conforms to ASTM C475),Joint Paper tape. Serrated section has effective thickness of 2T ( 2xdepth), better load carrying capacity, enhanced screw retention, Improved acoustic performance & fire resistance as compared to plain steel section.
