Repairing and replacement of Electro Mechanical Components for STP 1.0 MLD capacity as per Annexure-\"A\", compact & integrated sewage treatment plant based on Moving Bed Bio-Reactor (MBBR) Technology including required E&M and allied required civil works relating to paint & polish & cleaning and washing of all STP Tanks for existing STP refurbishment works so as to achieve the required parameters including successful testing and commissioning all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting & Polishing work as finishing with paint (two or more coats) at all pipe lines prepared including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. completeas required upto the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.1On all pipeline work 2 On all concrete walls

Washing & Cleaning of all RCC Tanks and MS Tanks,2 Chambers,1 Main Tank,MBBR 1,MBBR 2,1 Filter Feed Tank etc. completeas required upto the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of existing 1.0MLD STP plant based on MBBR technology covering all type of TECHNICAL SUPERVISION , plant & machinery installed in the premises as per attached inventory, repairing/ replacement of defective/worn-out/broken/malfunctioning parts of various pump sets, compressors, valves, pipe line, electrical panels/switchgears, cabling /electrical wiring, contactors, timers, relays, thimbles, starters, metering instrument, replacements of gear/machine oils, time to time servicing, preventive maintenance, testing of water samples periodically to ensure required parameters of treated water, maintaining proper records, keeping the complete system functional all the time as per terms & conditions attached and as per directions of engineer-in-charge etc. complete as required.The engineer shall visit the site once in week or as desired by the engineer-in-charge. 11 Per Month 107474 1182218.4
