| 11 | Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint togive an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. |
| 12 | Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. |
| 13 | Provision for purchase of water for execution of the above mentioned items and for temporary camp for officials as there is no water source surrounding the monument complex (Per trip 2000 Ltr.) etc. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and makingcurvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/cfixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., ofrequired size, on the top of the floor or the side of waistslab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excludingfixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). |
| 15 | Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III ofASTM-D- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with bluecolour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II ofSTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including thecost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings,specification and direction of heengineerincharge.(Structural frame work including M.S plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). |
