| 5 | Provide and place in position micro concrete (M-40) which shall be cement based prepacked component such as Rendrock - RG of fosroc make or equivalent mixed with 6mm size coarse aggregate in specified percentage by weight subjecting to the maximum of 50% as dtrected by the engineer incharge including mixing with suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of concrete under pressure where ever required to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement is dense, properly compacted and free from honey combs as directed by the engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Provide and fix water leak proof steel centering and shuttering to diaphragm walls, columns, beams, deck slabs, pile caps, column heads etc., including application of approved form release coating, strutting, braing, propping etc., keep the same in position during concreting and removal of the same in position during concreting specified period etc., for straight/inclined shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts projecting dowels and necessary scaffolding and all specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.Upto - 11.00 m |

| 18 | Felling trees of the girth beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and dispose the unserviceable material out side the HSL premises and shift the good wood to Disposal Section located inside the Yard etc., complete all as directed. |

| 21 | Clean the Rust, over and behind a reinforcement bars upto 25mm dia by manual methods hammering the rebar, using wire brush, chesieling to form a totally rust free finishing surface throughout length of bars complete all as directed including necessary scaffolding etc., |
| 22 | Supply and apply the NitoZinc primer of fosroc make to the existing prepared surface of reinforcing bars to protect from corrosion complete all as directed. |
| 23 | Disposal of debries, surplus excavated earth, unserviceable material outside the HSL premises toprivate dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL yard dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any bod. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed. |
| 24 | Fabricating of structural steel by straightening, cutting and welding by using departmental suppied all types of steel sections such as plates, flats, pipes, angles etc of any size including erecting in position to line and level and applying two coats of paint over one coat of zinc rich primer, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals and all consumables etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site.
