| 39 | Notes:- (i) TRANSFORMERS shall only be got repaired from authorised workshop of Manufacturer of transformer or any other workshop which have been authorised by MPSEB for repairing of transformer of such type & capacities and GE will approve the workshop in writing before shifting the TRANSFORMERS for repairing. (ii)Contractor will submit the certificate of authorised workshop along with RARs and final bill dully verified and Signed by Engr-in-Charge.(iii) Cost of cable jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc as required shall be deemed toinclude in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. | 40 | (B) M&L for opening the top cover of defective aluminium/ copper wound TRANSFORMERS of capacity upto 1000KVA, ratio 11/0.433 or 0.415 KV for complete overhauling/ repairing & servicing in folllowing manner:- (a)Taking out the transformer oil from TRANSFORMERS and store the same into seperate barrel container.(b)Taking out the core/ coil assembly of TRANSFORMERS.(c ) Cleaning of TRANSFORMERS inside by using transformer oil.(d)Re-fixing the core/ coils after complete repair/ replacement of core/ coils or re-fixing of re-conditioned core/ coils in TRANSFORMERS including heating up of TRANSFORMERS core assembly to remove complete moisture. (e)Replacement the HV/ LV spindles and bushings etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(f)Re-fixing of the TRANSFORMERS top cover with and including new rubberized gasket set and nuts, bolts and washers for top cover as per existing make/ as per manufacturer\"s recommendations duly approved by GE and tightening of all nuts, bolts, screws & gasket etc(g)Checking of all electrical and mechanical components at workshop after making the TRANSFORMERS fully fuctional.(h) All other parts/ items/ components of TRANSFORMERS which are necessary to be replace in the opinion of Engr-in-Charge/as per manuacturer\"s recommendations for smooth functioning of TRANSFORMERS, same shall also be replace for smooth functioning and cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. |
| 41 | Notes:- (i)This items includes complete overhauling/ repairing & servicing considering all materials & labours as specified in the item. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.(viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (ix)The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. OEM Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (x) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of attending breakdownwithin two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues. |
