| 15 | Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment internal walls or ceiling and soffits of brick or concrete surfacesby scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7\"/9\" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour andapplying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two coat of wall care cement based putty over and including preparation ofuntreated old plastered surfaces of wall surfaces, to be applied with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper/ primer should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 17 | Material and labourfor preparation of oldrough surfaces walls etc and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including priming coat of exterior primer over old existing rough plastered surfaces, to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Notes for Periodical services: MOBILISATION OF T&P AND MATERIAL: The Contractor shall complete the following activities within 20 days from the date of commencement of work:(a) Submission of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with any of paint manufacturer(b) Obtaining approval of paints & authorized applicator of paints manufacturer from GE(c) Procurement of T&P required for mechanical mode of painting(d) 30% of the quantity of Paints, Primer & Putty required (as per respective manufacturer’s average coverage area) for various items of painting catered in CACOMPENSATION FOR DELAY IN MOBILISATIONOF T&P AND MATERIAL BEYOND 30 DAYS: In case of failure on the part of contractor to complete above mobilization within the stipulated period, compensation shall be recovered from the contractor at the rate of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per day subject to a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only). Condition 50 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) shall be deemed amended accordingly. The contractor shall submit original Tax invoices & e-way bills for the entire quantity of materials so procured. The material and T&P collected shall be entered in the MB as “NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED” and shall be duly signed by both the parties. |
| 19 | Material and labour preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls / kerb stone / concrete (plastered or unplastered ) by brooming downetc applying over one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white or tinted)complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Note:-Amount of credit ofRs.2000.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No.102 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender. |
