| 1 | Providing and fixing full height partition comprising GI framework made of 48 mm × 24 mm × 0.9 mm thick GI channels fixed to floor, wall and ceiling, with 12.5 mm thick gypsum board on both sides, joints finished with jointing tape and compound, including storage unit up to lintel level made of BWP grade plywood, laminate finish, and 6 mm clear toughened glass above lintel level fixed with aluminium sections, complete as per drawings, including all fixtures, fasteners and finishing. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing 3 inch thick gypsum board partition with GI frame system, single/double layer 12.5 mm gypsum board as required, joints finished smooth, including fixed glass panel above lintel height up to ceiling, complete as per CPWD specifications and site requirement. |
| 3 | Supplying and placing custom-made upholstered sofa of size 6’×3’, made with seasoned hardwood frame, high density foam, premium fabric/leatherette upholstery, finished and installed complete, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing WPC fluted wall panels up to beam bottom, fixed on suitable framework with screws and adhesive, including WPC toilet door with frame, fittings and finishing complete, conforming to CPWD quality standards. |
| 5 | Providing and laying PVC mat flooring of approved shade and thickness over prepared surface, including levelling, adhesive application, edge cutting and finishing, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and CPWD norms. |

| 8 | Providing and fixing custom-made display shelf using BWP grade plywood with laminate finish, including carcass, shelves, backing, hardware and complete installation as per approved design. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing WPC door shutter of size 750 × 2100 mm with WPC frame, fittings, hinges, lock and finishing complete, conforming to CPWD specifications. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing storage cabinets made of BWP plywood, laminate finished, including shutters, shelves, handles, hinges and complete installation as per drawings. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing workstations in file room, including table tops, partitions, drawers, cable management and necessary electrical points, complete and functional. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing file storage units of approved design using BWP plywood with laminate finish, including shelves and fittings, complete as per site requirement. |
| 13 | Dismantling existing door and re-fixing at new location, including cutting, making good the wall, plastering, finishing and alignment complete. |
