| 7 | M&L for preparing and applying Dr. Fixit rain coat on external walls in comprising following steps:-(1) Existing substrates cleaned and removed all scale dirt, algea moss, fungal growth etc on new/ old surface using mechanical vaccum wall sander (having RPM not less than 1500) sanding pad of 80 grit of dia 7\"/ 9\"on walls (external surface). The surface shall be made dry completely for upto 4-6 days for application of primer.(2) Applying one coat primer Dr. Fixit rain coat diluted with 2:1 with water (chemical:water) maintaining spreading rate @ 8 to 10 sqm / ltr. (3) Applying two coats of Dr Fixit raincoat without any dilution for coverage 3.5 sqm/ltr andsecond coat of Dr. fixit rain coat without any dilution for coverage 7 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Second coat must be applied after lapse of 6 to 8 hours application of first coat.(ii) The application of Dr Fixit raincoat must be avoided at temperature below 10˚C more than 35˚C and in direct sunlight. |
