| 1 | Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions with door, windows & ventilators (single or double shutter), part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated(50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 2mm wall thickness as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear float glass of 5.5mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, \"L\"drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereverrequired. |
| 2 | Supply and Fixing of EAVES GUTTER (600mm to 1000mm girth) made with 2.00mm thick Galvanized sheets of approved make like Jindal / Tata steel or equivalent make approved by Engineer (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer incharge matched to existing shape) with Zinc coating 120gsm both sides as per IS:277 in 250mpa steel grade, This shall be fixed using self drilled screws where ever specified by Engineer representative of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal of CORRO SHIELD or equivalent make. The Joints shall be welded and properly sealed with sealing compounds etc., making required holes for connecting rain water pipes. The scope of work also includes removal of existing damaged Eaves Gutter line and useful material hand over to Department and dispose the waste material at specified places complete all as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of all over laps) |
| 3 | Supply of 150 mm dia GI pipe & funnel , bent to shape,fix in position,weld, by enlarging the existing hole in the gutter and seal with M-seal or any approved epoxy based sealant to the existing eaves gutters complete all as directed. |
| 4 | Detach the existing Work Stations without damaging and re-fixing the same after completion of renovation work complete all as directed. (Item includes the necessary screw fittings etc., shall be arranged by Contractor) |
| 5 | Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. |
| 6 | Apply two coats ofpremium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brandsAsian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. | 7 | Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors, windows, grills etc., of required colour using approved branded paints like Asian / Berger / Nerolac, after removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of zinc rich primer complete all as directed |
| 8 | Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacturer including providing and fixing top and bottom pivot and double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making nacessary holes etc for fixing required door fittings all complete as specified and directed by the EIC |
