| 1 | Material and Labour for providing dark coloured finish UPVC profile casementwindows (penable) profile frame consist of high impact modified grade uPVC of 60mm x 74mm (outer frame) and sash of 65mx105mm, wall thickness of profile must be minimum 1.8± 0.3 mm, which shall be manufactured from tropicalized blend with T Profile and required additives, profile shall be colorfast and conform to standard EN12608, prfile stations shall have multi hollow (min 2 to 3 chabers) chamber to include GI reinforcement with 120 GSM zinc coated, fitted in continuous length, in closed chamber, the thickness of GI shoud be selected to meet the wind load requirement as per IS 875- part-III on sash/mullion and minimum steel steel reinforceent thicknesss of 1.2 mm to 2.5m, UPVC casement Windows shall be fabricated with fusion welded corners and conform to the strengthrequireents based on wind load as per IS 875-part -III. All hardwarefitted must be stainless steel except handles to be of zinc/Stainless steel, alloy casted Gde 304. Glass shall be of laminated(6T+ 1.23pvb+5T) 8mm thicktoughened glass with weather seal (EPDM/TPE). UPVC casement windows shall be installed by profile manufacturer only, Fame fastener 8mmx100mm type shall be used area exceeding 1.0sqm but not execeeding 2.0sqmeach compete all specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.Make: Fenesta or equivalent. |
