| 1 | Supplying, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of outdoor type distribution transformer of 100 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound step down enrgy saving (level 2), foundation mounted complete with first fillingISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYN -11 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note - (i) The ambient temprature shall be 48 degree Centigrade when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run . (ii) The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and conforming to IS:335 of 1993 for oil and IS: 1180 Part -I of 2014 for transformer and comprising of followings:- (i)One No cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods and another cable box on HV side (primary side) consisting of 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods etc complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc.(ii) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(iii)Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking |

| 7 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means ofbolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel ,surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt,water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stoneaggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMTbars @ 80 mm c/c boath ways including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil todistance n exc 50 m complete all shown in electrical plate No 3of SSR part- 2010 complete all as specified and directed.
