| 5 | Proper and efficient cleaning and washing of the toilets,wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc. using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providingurinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier) and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
