Replacement of such parts/items shall not entail any additional payment.(ii) The cost of any additional manpower or technicians required to make the system functional shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. |
| 3 | (iii) The contractor shall attend the complaints of UPS on receipt at any time round the clock including Sunday and Holiday and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. The penalty for non attending the complaints of UPS upto six hrs shall be Rs. Rs.1000/- per day.(iv) Maint/ repair as enumerated above shall be under taken by the manufacturer or their authorized dealer/ rep.(v) The dust cleaning of each UPS shall be carried out once every week using a blower or vacuum cleaner. The blower/vacuum cleaner required for this purpose shall be provided by the contractor at no additional cost.(vi) The elect connections shall be checked regularly for looseness / tightening the same. (vii) The fortnightly periodical maint shall be carried out in rotation apart from breakdown for each UPS and record of same to be maintained duly signed by contractor rep and MES rep. (viii) The complete work is to be carried out through the OEM & MOU from the companies must be submitted before commencement of work. |
| 4 | Comprehensive Maintenance of Wired/Wireless multi services Nurse Call System installed at AHRR, of following location, employing 01 technician having qualification of ITI in electrical/electronics engineering with adequate experience in the general shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sunday and holiday to make the system functional in following wards :-(i) Main Bldg AHRR- 646 Nos bed unit and 23 Nos display(ii) CTVS Centre - 270 Nos bed unit and 11 Nos displayNotes : (i) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of Wireless Display and controlling units.(ii) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of Wireless Bed Units(iii) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of DC 12V batteries for Bed Units(iv) Preventive repair & Maintenance of all systems on monthly basis and upkeep of log book.(v) Attending to all complaints within 24 hours failling which penal recovery @ Rs 500.00 /complaint per day will be effected from contractor\"s dues(vi) Field Service Reports will be maintained and submitted to the concerned JE(MES) whenever required.(vii) All spares parts included in quoted rates excluding wireless bed unit and wireless display and controlling unit.(viii) The complete work is to be carried out through the OEM & MOU from the companies must be submitted before commencement of work. |
| 5 | M & L for maintenance of OT Lights by adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment incl replacement of minor defective / spares parts / items i.e. lamp including complete accessories likes driver, ballast etc and wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws etc as per existing on gound, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.Note : (i) The cost of all kind of minor spares parts / items i.e. nut, bolt, washer, fastner etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro), skilled manpower and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job at site only and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. |
| 6 | Attending complaints and carrying out breakdown maintenance of Surgeon Control Panels installed in Modular OTs to ensure their reliable and efficient functioning as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The work includes the use of latest diagnostic techniques and expert consultancy for examination, adjustment, servicing, and calibration of electronic components. It also covers the replacement of defective or unserviceable spare parts/items as required to restore the system to full functionality.Note : (i) All minor spare parts required for the proper functioning of the Surgeon Control Panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(ii)Major spares such as PLC, SMPS, etc. shall be measured and paid for separately under their respective items. |

| 9 | Attending complaints and carrying out breakdown maintenance of automatic sliding doors installed in wards, OPD areas, ICUs, and other hospital departments, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient restoration of door operation as per manufacturer’s recommendations by employing latest techniques and expert consultancy for examination, adjustment, and servicing of mechanical and electrical components and replacement of defective / unserviceable spare parts / items as required to make the system functional.Note : (i) The cost of all kind of minor spares parts / items i.e. nut, bolt, washer, fastner etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(ii) The spares like rollers, wheels, track, drive, motors etc will be mesured and paid seperately under respective items.(iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro), skilled manpower and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job at site only and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. |
