| 2 | Providing handrail around the Cannon View Point for visitors’ safety by using 40 mm GI pipes, including the cost of supply and fixing of the GI pipes, painting with one coat of primer and two coats of finishing paint, and making necessary holes for fixing the pipes in position. The work also includes labour charges for fabrication such as cutting, bending, joining, welding (including hire charges for generator for welding), loading, unloading, cost and conveyance of all materials, and all applicable taxes such as GST, EPF, ESI, etc. The work shall be carried out in all respects as directed by the departmental officials. | 3 | Supplying and fixing country wood planks of size 8 ft × 1 ft × 1 inch thickness over the drawbridge (length: 7.10 m) at Rajagiri Fort Hill Top, including lifting and conveying of materials up to a height of about 800 ft above ground level over hilly terrain. The work includes the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, loading and unloading, transportation, carrying of materials to the hilltop location, and hire charges for generator and other tools/equipment required for execution. | 5 | Provision for providing permanent illumination around the Flag Mast at the entrance of Rajagiri Fort, including the supply and laying of 3/4\" wiring pipe (120 Rmt), 3-core 2.5 sq.mm cable (120 Rmt), grills for covering light fittings (4 Nos), MCBs (2 Nos), and 120 W LED flood light fittings with lamps including transportation (4 Nos). The work also includes civil construction of pedestals of size 0.5 m × 0.5 m × 0.3 m using brick masonry (4 Nos) for installation of the lights, along with labour components such as Electrician Grade-I for wiring and fixing and Unskilled Mazdoor-II for assistance. The work includes supplying a granite stone pillar of size 2.40 m × 0.20 m × 0.20 m, a granite stone slab of size 0.90 m × 0.30 m with 2\" thickness (including wastage), procurement and etching of a 3 mm SS sheet of size 0.74 m × 0.25 m, transportation to the work spot, screws and fixtures for assembling the SS sheet with the stone slab (including drilling, fitting, and screwing), charges for drilling, fitting, and fixing the slab onto the pillar, engaging Mason (Stone Work – I Class) and Unskilled Mazdoor-II, fixing the stone pillar in CC concrete including labour and material as per drawing, and cost of all adhesives, white cement, waste cloth, etc. The item includes all applicable taxes such as GST and shall be completed in all respects as directed by the departmental officials. |
