Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. All splashes marks during working shall be cleaned on floor, wall or any furniture present at site. |

| 17 | M&L for preparation of wall thoroughly to remove any dirt or grease or exiting old finishes/wall paperand after making wall clean and plain(crack/holes filling with apporved putty/compound). First apply one coat of primer on walland after dry apply base coatfor better adhesion andan evenfinish surface .Then finish the wall with final texture coat as per pattern and design approved by Accepting Officer. The pattern/type ofExterior texture(metalic/matt/rustic) shall be approved by Accepting Officer.The contractor shall cover all adjacent wall, trim, baseboard, electric swicthboard, door & windows and etc by masking tape. Necessary scacfolding upto 12mtr height shall be deemed included in quoted rate. All work shall be done by experienced and skilled worker and as per instructiongiven by manufacturer(Berger,Asian,Birla Opus) for design/material which approved by Accepting Officer. No extra claim by contractor for same. |
| 18 | M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by makingcut/ injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30mm and spraying with solution 25ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration diluted with 1 litre of water and removing the plant/vegetation of following girth including penetrated roots and making gooddistrubed portion in CM 1:3 complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants/vegetation of size 0-30 CM girth complete all as specifiedand directedby Engr-in-Charge for the building upto and including 4 storeys. |
| 19 | M&L for granular texture homogenous wall/celing finishing system consisting of two componet system of dry granules (25 Kg Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments ,100% arcylic polymer bonding agent (05 Kg Pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm to 1.2mm to be applied on curved,smooth level plastered surface as per direction of Engr in Charge all complete above texture of flame class of BS 476 Part 7:1971 and pull of strength of the coating to meet JISE 6909 all as specified as per manufacturer specification/instruction. |
